To reply to a thread:
Go to the thread
Scroll to the bottom of the thread
Click the box that says "comment on x's thread" and leave your comment

Hover over the right side of the comment
Click Reply
Reply to a block
Reply directly to a point on a block to keep the discussions on a thread organized.
