Keep up with your teammates on chat
Chat is great for the casual and ephemeral. Ping your teammates just to chat or to check in to see if they plan to join the meeting.
Access your chats from the left side of Threads. You can chat with individuals or a group of people.
Start a chat with any members of the organization you're in.
To start a chat:
- 1.Go to the left side of Threads
- 2.Click Create chat
- 3.Start a chat with one or multiple people from your organization
Mute chat
Mute any chat from the top right corner of the chat.
To mute a chat:
- 1.Go to the top right corner of the chat
- 2.Click the ...
- 3.Select Mute chat
Notifications
Manage your chat notifications from notification settings.
To manage your chat notifications
- 1.Go to the top right corner of Threads
- 2.Select Notification settings
- 3.If you have the desktop app installed, toggle on/off receiving notifications in the app
