Cancel the stand up meeting! Instead, create a recurring thread for your team that automatically posts every day, week, or whenever to gather everyone's updates.
Overview
A recurring thread will post to a channel automatically on a schedule. Use a recurring thread to replace a stand-up meeting and gather updates from your team.
Start a recurring thread
To start a recurring thread:
Click Compose to start a new thread
Choose the channel you want the thread to post in
Write the post that will be automatically posted
Click the ^ icon to the right of the Post button and select Recurring thread
Set the schedule you want the thread to post on
When the thread is posted, the first block will be the date of that post.
